The story
The creamy ground is the wool's own natural colour, and so are the deep brown lines. The warm rust orange comes from madder root, dyed by hand.
Each zigzag is water: the rain, the rivers and the paths that carry life through the mountains. Woven side by side they bring calm and movement into one room, and a line of small diamonds down the centre keeps watch over the home.
Certificate of Provenance
This carpet, Rivers of the Atlas, was made entirely by hand and is entered in the Aeternus register in perpetuity.
